Join us for an informal conversation led by Johan Ugander, S&DS faculty, about navigating the transition from postdoctoral research to the next stage of your career in data science—whether in academia, industry, or something in between. Come meet other Yale postdocs, share experiences, and exchange ideas about what comes next. Light refreshments will be served.
The FDS Postdoctoral Society at Yale is a community for postdocs in data science and related fields, focused on training, networking, and professional development. It offers workshops, collaborative research opportunities, and career panels to help members build skills and advance their careers. The society also fosters mentorship and interdisciplinary connections, creating a supportive network where postdocs can share ideas, collaborate on projects, and grow as researchers. The society also welcomes research scientists, extending its network to all early-career researchers in data science.
