Aditi Laddha joined Yale as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the fall of 2023, our first year of the FDS postdoc program. Aditi earned her Ph.D. in Algorithms, Combinatorics, and Optimization from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2023 and her B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, in 2017. Her primary research interests revolve around the design and analysis of algorithms, with a focus on addressing challenges in convex and combinatorial optimization, discrepancy minimization, and high-dimensional sampling. As an FDS postdoc, she looks forward to working on theoretical problems inspired by real-world applications and designing efficient algorithms to solve them.
