Dirk Bergemann has made lasting contributions in learning in strategic environment and developed model of strategic multi-armed bandits. He has developed auction and market design solutions that are robust to large scale and distributed decentralized information. His current work is focused on optimal information design in strategic environment with many applications to data and digital markets.
