John Tsang is a systems immunologist, computational biologist, and engineer. He is the Anthony N. Brady Professor of Immunobiology and Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, a Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Investigator and the Yale lead of CZ Biohub New York, and the Founding Director of the Yale Center for Systems and Engineering Immunology (CSEI). Dr. Tsang earned his PhD in biophysics from Harvard University and has MMath and BASc in computer science and engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
What do you do with Data Science?
I develop and apply machine learning, quantitative dynamical modeling, and experimental approaches to study human immune variation and develop multiscale models of the human immune system in health and disease.
