What do you do with Data Science?

Our work has focused on applying computational models predicting substance misuse related clinic outcomes. We used machine and deep learning methods to select DNA methylation features predicting alcohol and drug misuse related frailty and mortality risks. Our work also involves predicting medication treatment response in psychiatric disorders by applying computational genomics methods. We participated three DREAM BioMedical Challenges and received top ranked awards.
