Dr. Liu is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging (traditional tenure-track) at Yale School of Medicine. He is also an Associate Member at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard (BROAD). Before this, he was an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and a Research Staff at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), also affiliate faculty at Harvard Data Science Initiative (HDSI) and Kempner Institute for Natural and Artificial Intelligence (Kempner), and a full member of the Data Science platform at Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC). His research interests are centered around the convergence of deep learning, medical imaging, and data science to advance the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment monitoring of various diseases.
